The Spring Season 2006 awards have been announced. The following players are recognized for their outstanding achievement and contribution to the team. Mines Rugby is hoping to organize an awards night in the 'very' near future in order to present the awards.

Each player mentioned below will receive their own specially engraved 'Beer Mug' and the MVP will be eternalized on the "Rick Carlson Trophy" (which is really something special and will be around for the next 20 odd years) to be housed at the Colorado School of Mines.

Most Valuable Player - Tom Blanchard
Coach's Choice - Jared Heath
Best Defensive Player - Donald Hazen
Best Team Player - Chris Mielke
Most Improved Player - Alec Anderson
